Many men experience changes in their bladder habits as they age, often related to prostate enlargement or prostate surgery. This educational presentation will explain what benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is, common signs and symptoms, and important red flags that should prompt a discussion with a doctor.

We will also discuss prostatectomy, what the surgery involves, and why bladder control can change afterward. A key focus of the talk will be understanding the pelvic floor muscles and the important role they play in bladder control.

Attendees will learn practical strategies that can help support bladder health, including pelvic floor activation techniques, urge management strategies, and helpful bladder habits.

This presentation aims to provide clear information and simple tools to help men feel more confident managing prostate and bladder changes as they age.
