About Event
Join Marina, Registered Social Worker, at Delmanor Glen Abbey as we explore holistic strategies for building resilience, expanding our emotional capacity, and strengthening mental well-being, providing the support we need as we navigate the complexities and challenges of everyday life.
Marina believes that small, positive changes can create lasting improvements in life. She offers a warm,supportive, and non-judgmental space, recognizing the courage it takes to seek help to identify strengths and solutions to acheive goals, rather than dwelling on past challenges. With a Master of Social Work and over six years of experience, she specializes in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression and caregiving concerns.
This session will include an itroduction to Anchoridge Counselling Services, a guided meditation, writing reflection and grounding exercises
